TOMAS Z WESTBERG (b. 1972) is a Swedish cartoonist, artist and music maker. He began working with comics as a script writer in 2000. His first own graphic novel was published in 2015. SYNTH-KIDS! is the first of his books to be translated into English.

For his work with SYNTH-KIDS! he was given the 2022 honorary award Synthsläggan by the Swedish podcasts Radio Virus and Blå Måndag.
